WALKTHROUGH CONSULTATION
This initial one to two hour walkthrough of both the exterior and interior of your home will provide you with creative and cost-effective ways to visually prepare your house for sale. Most often, realtors and homeowners (or clients) choose to continue forward with additional staging options.
OCCUPIED STAGING
If you will be living in your home while it is for sale, you most likely do not need to rent furniture. Occupied staging involves restyling your own furnishings by adding select decorative staging items that will enhance the best features of your home and make it a standout amongst other homes on the market.
PARTIAL VACANT STAGING
Some homes may need a few pieces of furniture to complete a family room, fill a bedroom, or simply serve as a focal point. Partial vacant staging fills in the blank areas with furniture pieces and décor that complement your home’s current furnishings. These supplemental pieces of furniture may be rented or come from my own personal collection.
VACANT STAGING
While occupied and partial vacant staging represent the bulk of my work, I also offer vacant home staging as an option using rental furniture along with furnishings and accessories from my own personal collection.
REDESIGN CONSULTING BY THE HOUR
